Tom Green County jail passes inspection

The Tom Green County jail passed inspection for the 12th consecutive year, staff at the Tom Green County Sheriff's Office said. The inspection took place Feb. 15 through Feb. 17. The jail will be awarded a certificate of compliance, Sheriff Lt. Christina Lopez said.
